Home Service FAQ

What happens to my used/waste oil?
Our technician hauls away your used oil and old filter when we leave — nothing is left behind at your home, and we dispose of it properly.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We message you as early as possible to reschedule if the weather makes it unsafe to work outdoors. Your reservation carries over to the new date — no rebooking fee.
What if you find a problem while servicing my car?
We stop and inform you first. Minor add-ons we can safely do on-site need your approval before we proceed. Anything that needs a lift, alignment, or heavy repair gets a clear quote and is scheduled at the shop instead.
How do I pay?
A ₱1,000 reservation fee via GCash secures your slot and is deducted from your final bill. The remaining balance is payable on-site by cash, GCash, or card.
What's your cancellation policy?
Message us at least 3 hours before your slot to reschedule at no charge. The ₱1,000 reservation carries over to your new date. No-shows without notice forfeit the reservation.
Is night service safe?
Yes — our technician brings work lighting, and we ask that your parking area has flat ground and existing lighting where possible. If your site has no lighting or a sloped/unpaved surface, we flag it and call you first to confirm it's safe to proceed.
